Senior Project Controls Specialist

Job Summary

To support resource planning and operational governance, the remote Senior Lead Project Controls Specialist will develop data-driven models, partner with cross-functional teams, and provide insights to align project demands with workforce supply and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead resource planning across project teams and business functions, focusing on short-, medium-, and long-term needs
• Build and maintain resource supply-and-demand models that reflect workloads, priorities, and capacity constraints
• Develop dashboards and reporting views to provide visibility into resource demand, utilization, and planning risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
• Eight or more years of experience in project controls, resource planning, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience in building resource models and capacity plans
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for creating scalable models and reporting views
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, or large capital programs
