Senior Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the successful planning and execution of complex cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Coordinator will manage multiple projects within a medical device organization, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support multiple cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports
• Facilitate collaboration between technical, operational, and commercial teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of project coordination, project management, or PMO experience
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives within regulated industries, particularly medical devices
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred
