Job Summary
To lead the interior design efforts for complex projects, the full-time Senior Project Designer will develop design documents and drawings, support the onboarding of new designers, and execute the full design process in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the interior design effort for special or complex projects
- Support quality review of design deliverables and assist in training new Project Designers
- Execute the full design process, from conceptual design through construction documentation
Required qualifications
- At least four years of design experience in the commercial real estate market
- Recent experience with Revit software
- Preferred Bachelor's degree from a CIDA accredited institution in a related field or equivalent certification
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Experience coordinating with Audio Visual and other specialty consultants
