Senior Project Director

Job Summary

Leading a large, complex, multi-million-dollar federal contract, the full-time Senior Project Director will provide strategic direction and technical oversight for child welfare information systems while managing a multidisciplinary team in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance, staffing, deliverables, finances, and risk management for a federal initiative
• Serve as the senior interface with government stakeholders, providing strategic advice on program implementation and performance
• Develop integrated project management processes and tools to ensure alignment with federal priorities and contractual requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, public administration, social work, or a related field
• 15+ years of project, program, or contract leadership experience in child welfare or related fields
• At least 10 years of experience supporting child welfare programs with knowledge of federal requirements and policies
• Demonstrated experience managing large federal contracts with budgets over $10 million
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage high-level client relationships
