Job Summary
Driving strategic participant engagement initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Engagement Manager will develop and execute recruitment strategies for qualitative research projects, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful participant acquisition and client satisfaction in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop innovative and scalable participant sourcing strategies to meet client and business needs
- Lead projects from conception to completion, proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing solutions
- Coach and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in market research, participant recruitment, or project management
- Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment or engagement strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
- Preferred prior leadership or mentoring experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
