Senior Project Integration Manager

Job Summary

Leading the integration of project and change management practices, the full-time Senior Project Integration Manager will oversee complex enterprise-wide initiatives, manage project teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Confer with clients to define project scope, objectives, and develop work plans for assigned components
• Lead teams of project managers, assigning responsibilities and developing project schedules to ensure timely completion within budget
• Design and recommend new processes or operating models, focusing on employee work changes and identifying training needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or Information Technology
• Seven years of experience in large-scale project management with organizational change management responsibilities
• Strong proficiency with project management and presentation development software
• Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner or equivalent certifications in project/change management
• Experience with project and change management methodologies (e.g., PMI, ADKAR, SCRUM)
