Senior Project Lead
Job Summary
Managing program oversight and logistics coordination, the part-time Senior Project Lead will maintain responsibility for a team of contract personnel while ensuring program objectives are met and deliverables are of high quality, working in a hybrid environment in Albany, GA.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain overall responsibility for the Secondary Repairable Program (SECREP)
- Provide management and oversight for at least 25 contract personnel and ensure adequate staffing for all functions
- Facilitate program improvements and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables to the government customer
Required qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in integrated logistics and support assignments
- Project Lead experience managing government contract projects
- Military supply and maintenance experience related to wholesale and retail SECREP management
- Experience managing diverse geographically separated personnel
- Ability to apply knowledge of laws, policies, and regulations to logistics planning and program execution
