Job Summary

Overseeing a diverse portfolio of large, complex client projects, the full-time Senior Project Management Director will provide strategic direction and leadership to project management professionals, ensuring project delivery excellence while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects across North America, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion
• Directly manage and develop a team of senior delivery professionals, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Serve as an executive point of contact for key clients, maintaining long-term relationships and addressing escalations

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in project management and delivery leadership
• 5+ years of experience leading a team of senior project leaders
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex project portfolios in client-facing environments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
