Senior Project Management Leader

Job Summary

Leading the project management function for the PT Switchgears Product line, the full-time Senior Project Management Leader will oversee governance, financial performance, and operational execution while fostering talent development in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and improve the PMO framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overseeing execution governance across multiple stakeholders
• Drive financial performance by managing portfolio-level targets, optimizing operational working capital, and ensuring adherence to financial decisions
• Lead risk management initiatives, including regular assessments and the implementation of mitigation plans for high-risk projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Project Management, particularly in large, complex projects within the Energy or Power Transmission sectors
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing environments with a solid understanding of factory processes and supply chain management
• Proven track record of leadership and talent development within a matrix organization
• Strong experience in contract management and complex negotiations
