Senior Project Management Manager

Job Summary

As a fully remote Senior Project Management Manager, the successful candidate will oversee a Project/Program Management team within the Claims Strategy team, focusing on driving clarity, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives while fostering a positive team culture and ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and leads the Project/Program team in capturing work activities, prioritization, tracking, and reporting of key projects
• Provides leadership and direction to team members, influencing department goals and culture while managing performance and talent development
• Establishes relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a Program Management Office (PMO) leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Extensive knowledge of claims operations and organizational priorities
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams through change
• Experience in process improvement and performance management within claims operations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
