Senior Project Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading high-priority cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Project Management Manager will oversee strategic project delivery, go-to-market readiness, and acquisition integration while leveraging AI tools for enhanced execution and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent strategic initiatives, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review
• Lead go-to-market readiness efforts and acquisition integration programs, coordinating with various functional teams
• Define project charters, establish governance, and track progress to ensure initiatives achieve their intended business outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5-10 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in a software, SaaS, or technology environment
• Proven success in delivering go-to-market launches, M&A integrations, or enterprise business systems implementations
• Strong command of project management methodologies and tools, with financial and analytical acumen
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and project outcomes
