Senior Project Management Officer

Job Summary

To build and scale a project management function, the full-time Senior Project Management Officer will lead a high-performing team, establish governance and processes, and manage client escalations, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, hire, and lead a team of Project Managers, establishing performance management and coaching frameworks
• Develop and implement standardized project management processes and templates for public sector implementations
• Serve as a senior escalation point for high-visibility client implementations, managing expectations and timelines

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in project/program management, including 3+ years in a PMO leadership role
• Experience in SaaS, particularly within GovTech or regulated environments
• Proven track record of building or scaling a PMO function
• Direct experience with client escalations at the executive level
• Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies
