Senior Project Management Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the planning and scheduling processes for complex global projects, the full-time Senior Project Management Specialist will develop project schedules, optimize timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage schedules for Turn-key and EO/EEP projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements
• Collaborate with Commercial and finance teams to define payment milestones and optimize project timelines while managing risks
• Lead discussions on scheduling during risk reviews and support ITO teams during negotiations with customers and EPCs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in project management and scheduling within an EPC environment
• Relevant experience using planning and scheduling tools, such as MS Projects and Oracle Primavera P6
• Prior experience with Gas Combined Cycle projects and knowledge of power plant principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
