Job Summary
To support the design and delivery of electronic trading platforms, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will manage cross-functional initiatives, oversee product development related to trading systems, and ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders in the capital markets technology sector.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the development and management of trading-related products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
- Support and manage Fixed Income trading systems, focusing on optimizing performance and scalability
- Lead project lifecycle management from ideation to delivery, maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of milestones
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in product management and project delivery within fintech or financial institutions
- Strong understanding of trading algorithms, user interfaces, and cybersecurity
- Experience managing Fixed Income trading systems and workflows
- Proficiency with SQL, JIRA, MS Project, and other relevant tools
