Job Summary

Driving execution across critical growth and product transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage complex, cross-functional projects focused on researching, validating, and launching new services while ensuring agile iteration based on market feedback in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Package high-level strategic growth directions into structured project frameworks with clear business outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional cycles for testing and validating new services and market hypotheses
• Drive execution roadmaps for product changes, aligning research, product development, and client feedback loops

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems and experience with AI-driven operational transformation
• Deep familiarity with travel tech, hotel tech, or hospitality operations
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role in fast-growing tech environments
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and manage execution without formal authority
• Advanced expertise in project management tools such as Notion, Jira, or Asana
