Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex and high-impact business operations projects, the remote Senior Project Manager will develop project plans, manage resources, and coordinate with stakeholders while applying recognized project management methodologies over a 24-month duration with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the project manager for all components of business operations, developing comprehensive project management plans
• Coordinate closely with internal and external partners, providing oversight of vendors to ensure alignment with business operations
• Provide regular project reporting on progress, risks, and blockers for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business administration, project management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience managing Medicaid or health IT technical projects
• Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and monitor integrated master schedules and project budgets
• Considerable knowledge of vendor management and ensuring contract deliverables are met
• Experience leading projects using methodologies such as waterfall, agile, or hybrid models
• Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Workday, or Monday
