Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex technology transfer and commercialization programs, the remote contract Senior Project Manager will manage peptide drug substance manufacturing processes, drive cross-functional execution, and enhance operational efficiency through digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology transfer activities for new product introductions and coordinate with various departments to ensure project alignment and success
• Develop and execute comprehensive technology transfer strategies, including project plans, schedules, and governance frameworks
• Implement digital solutions and data analytics to improve technology transfer effectiveness and operational performance across the manufacturing network

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 3 years, Master's degree with 5 years, Bachelor's degree with 7 years, Associate's degree with 12 years, or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in peptide manufacturing and technology transfer processes
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Jira, and SAP for data analytics and reporting
• Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations
