Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Driving the success of data center construction projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage RFP development, oversee design phases, and coordinate with contractors while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage project meetings, develop milestones, and maintain monthly reports
- Oversee the coordination and supervision of design-build contractors and physical construction activities
- Prepare and update detailed project schedules, ensuring compliance with budget and engineering standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in managing construction projects, with a preference for data center experience
- Experience in CSA and MEP construction management
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications and proficiency in PROCORE
- Knowledge of safety standards, with OSHA 30 Hour preferred
