Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing large customer projects and marine products, the full-time Senior Project Manager will lead project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and financial performance while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and execute complex contracts and modernization projects at customer sites
• Serve as the primary point of contact for marine customers, coordinating all project-related activities
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring project progress and implementing continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in project or tender management, engineering consulting, or a related occupation
• Experience managing international projects and developing strong customer relationships
• Knowledge of marine project technologies, including Variable Frequency Drive Systems and Shipboard Power Distribution Systems
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams across different countries
