Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading complex projects in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Project Manager will focus on low and medium voltage systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and utility solutions while ensuring timely and on-budget delivery for hyperscale clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and lead training initiatives
- Develop and execute strategic project plans to drive revenue growth and operational excellence
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet client specifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of project management experience in energy solutions or related fields
- Experience overseeing large-scale projects involving low and medium voltage systems and BESS
- Proven track record in project financial management, including forecasting and P&L oversight
- PMP or similar certification preferred
