Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage multiple complex projects, drive end-to-end program management, and coordinate between clients and stakeholders in a remote capacity across Brazil and Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex customer-facing projects simultaneously, ensuring proactive outcomes
• Drive program management processes from planning and scoping through to delivery and issue management
• Establish and maintain rapport with clients and stakeholders, tracking project timelines, goals, and financial metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
• 5 years of experience in project management, data analysis, or capacity planning roles
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
• Experience in analytics, including spreadsheet analysis and data management
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese for client-facing communications
