Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, scheduling, and implementation of marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for various marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and the Client Success team to address project issues and ensure smooth delivery
• Lead workflow management and optimize processes to enhance project delivery and team efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects involving cross-functional teams within budget and schedule constraints
• Experience in developing project documentation, timelines, and budgets for integrated marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or similar
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) for B2B and managing large media initiatives
