Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading client relationships in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Project Manager will manage project execution and coordination within the electronic discovery industry, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication of deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for key client representatives, managing service delivery and client satisfaction
• Prepare project forecasts and schedules, ensuring client and project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight for client-specific projects while mentoring and developing team members

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
• Strong leadership and staff development skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to proactively manage client expectations
• A solid understanding of eDiscovery, database design, and legal document review requirements
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; a graduate degree such as a JD or MBA is a plus
