Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
To ensure seamless operational transitions, the full-time Senior Project Manager will lead operational cutover and migration program management, coordinating cross-functional readiness and stakeholder-defined MVP work, while working closely with various teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead operational cutover activities, coordinating with business leaders to prioritize critical tasks for business continuity during the first 90 days post-acquisition
- Manage migration execution by identifying MVP requirements, aligning business needs with IT and PMO, and creating the acquisition program in Jira Cloud
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership, while recommending post-migration improvements and optimizations
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or systems implementation
- Strong experience with Jira Cloud or comparable project management platforms
- Proven ability to lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders and remote teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, project management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- PMP Certification is strongly preferred
