Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the launch and growth of innovative health and beauty brands, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage end-to-end project management for product launches, ensuring timelines are met and cross-functional teams are aligned in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish, proactively identifying potential challenges and ensuring on-time deliverables
• Track and communicate project statuses, budgets, resources, timelines, and next steps to the team and stakeholders
• Coordinate between the Brand/Marketing team and other cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables and timelines are met

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Project Management capacity, preferably at an ecommerce, DTC, or CPG company
• Experience with project management software, specifically Wrike
• AI-savvy with experience using AI tools including Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude
• Experience overseeing product launches; background in the health and supplements industry is a plus
• Strong understanding of DTC marketing; experience in marketing is a plus
