Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning the execution of product initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage end-to-end planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive go-to-market readiness in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end plan for assigned initiatives, including scope, sequence, dependencies, milestones, and readiness criteria from commitment through release
• Break large, ambiguous initiatives into discrete workstreams with clear owners and maintain alignment as priorities shift
• Drive go-to-market readiness by coordinating with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Support, and Customer Success to ensure effective release communications

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 4+ years in a B2B SaaS Product or R&D organization
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated experience managing delivery with software engineering teams and coordinating go-to-market activities
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for planning, tracking, and documentation
• Working understanding of the SaaS product lifecycle and agile delivery practices
