Job Summary
Driving complex system implementations, the remote contract Senior Project Manager will take ownership of project tracking, stakeholder alignment, and onboarding procedures within the pharmaceutical industry for a duration of 2+ months, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project schedules, deliverables, and risk registers using Waterfall methodologies
- Initiate cross-functional alignment meetings and engage stakeholders to identify and track project requirements
- Oversee project steps and validations to ensure operational readiness for critical milestones, including a regulatory deadline
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a hands-on Senior Project Manager in complex business environments
- Demonstrated proficiency in delivering projects using Waterfall methodology
- Strong background in managing cross-functional technical and business systems integration
- Familiarity with Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech environments is preferred
- Exposure to Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, or safety database implementations is a plus
