Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading complex new product development programs, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage multiple cross-functional teams from concept to retail launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive multiple large or complex NPD programs through the Phase Gate process, managing timelines and anticipating delivery risks
- Partner with various departments to facilitate meetings, drive decision-making, and ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables
- Proactively identify and manage risks across programs, developing mitigation plans and communicating updates to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 7-10+ years of professional experience with extensive ownership of complex NPD programs
- Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and manage conflicts effectively
- Strong cross-functional fluency across Brand, Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, and Quality
