Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, cross-functional engagements, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage project plans, budgets, and timelines while serving as a key client contact in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management, developing comprehensive project plans that include budgets, timelines, and resource allocations
• Serve as the primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns from kickoff to close
• Manage internal project infrastructure by maintaining project setups in the PM system, tracking progress, and ensuring accurate timelines and resources

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a Senior PM role within a marketing agency
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with project planning, budgeting, and forecasting in an agency setting
• Proficiency with project management software such as Wrike, Asana, or ClickUp
• Strong data fluency to analyze and interpret project and financial data for decision-making
