Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Supervising a complex, multi-stream program remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage program controls, track milestones across projects, and proactively address risks and issues while ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment with quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the program roadmap, controls, cadence, KPIs/OKRs, and standardized reporting/compliance
- Align project managers, vendors, and client teams while managing interdependencies across multiple workflows, schedules, and resources
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks proactively, maintaining a centralized registry and contingency plan
Required qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in program management, overseeing multi-stream projects with globally distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; a master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Excel, and a PPM tool (e.g., Mavenlink/Kantata) with experience in creating dashboards and status reports
- Proven ability to align roadmaps with contractual/commercial objectives and drive benefit realization
- Experience with hybrid Agile-Waterfall methodologies in large-scale programs
