Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the internal operations and delivery of strategic and complex projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage project lifecycles, develop timelines and budgets, and mentor team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle delivery of complex projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and manage project documentation and communication
• Mentor and support Project Managers and Project Coordinators in project management best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience
• Three to five years of experience in a PMO role, preferably in pharmaceutical or advertising sectors
• Advanced understanding of PMO standards and processes
• Experience leading complex, technology-driven projects
• Proficiency with Project Management Information Systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
