Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading strategic projects from inception to completion, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage complex, technical, and creative initiatives while working remotely and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle delivery and management of projects, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders
• Mentor and support Project Managers and Coordinators, fostering their development and adherence to PMO standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
• Three to five years of experience in a PMO role, preferably within pharmaceutical or advertising sectors
• Advanced understanding of PMO standards and processes
• Experience with Project Management Information Systems such as Workfront or MS Project
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage project risks effectively
