Job Summary

Leading technology projects and programs in a hybrid remote environment, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage client-facing implementations and internal initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while utilizing AI tools for project reporting and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain project plans that reflect client business objectives and resolve resource constraints and scope conflicts
• Lead the full project lifecycle for technology solutions, managing tasks, dependencies, and communications across multiple projects
• Build trusted relationships with client contacts, external partners, and internal teams while prioritizing overall portfolio status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of project management experience or Associate's degree with 10+ years of project management experience
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a professional context, showing measurable improvements in efficiency
• Experience managing client-facing technology projects in a B2B SaaS or consulting environment
• Proven leadership of cross-functional project teams in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies
