Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a 100% remote W2 contract position, who will manage the delivery of enterprise SaaS products from initial concept through to production launch while coordinating with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the complete product-development lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of software solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Development, QA, and UX to align on project goals and timelines
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project process
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience
- Proven experience in building and delivering products from scratch
- Expertise in enterprise SaaS and software product delivery
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
- Experience with HRMS/HCM, Payroll, ERP, or related systems
