Job Summary

Leading complex cross-category innovation projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple high-impact initiatives remotely, ensuring disciplined execution, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery through the Stage Gate process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive strategic prioritization and timely decision-making for innovation projects
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively while overseeing end-to-end project performance and accountability
• Facilitate collaboration across various departments and serve as the senior liaison between project teams and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with high ambiguity and visibility
• Expertise in project management methodologies and risk mitigation
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
