Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving the execution of integrated programs, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage project delivery, resource allocation, and operational efficiency in a remote environment while ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive program tracker to oversee project scope, timelines, and deliverables across assigned accounts
• Collaborate with the VP of Client Services to manage resources, monitor budgets, and provide insights on project burn and pacing
• Lead internal meetings, ensuring effective communication and documentation of project statuses and follow-up actions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in an agency, marketing, or integrated services environment
• Strong command of project management tools, particularly Monday.com
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with competing timelines
• Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable recommendations
• Experience managing creative production workflows from ideation to final delivery is a strong plus
