Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving the execution of integrated programs, the full-time salaried Senior Project Manager will manage project delivery, resource allocation, and operational processes for technology clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project management by maintaining a master program tracker and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams
• Manage resource allocation and capacity forecasting in partnership with the VP of Client Services to ensure timely project completion
• Lead internal meetings and provide updates on project status, timelines, and budget implications to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in an agency or integrated services environment
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns for enterprise technology or consumer technology clients
• Strong command of project management tools, particularly Monday.com
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with shifting priorities
• Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
