Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex projects from initiation through completion, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring while mentoring junior team members and enhancing project management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define operational financial management and develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
• Proactively identify project risks and manage complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication
• Mentor junior project managers and implement process improvements to enhance project management practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a Project Management role, with at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector
• Bachelor's Degree required; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably in a global or cross-functional environment
• Strong understanding of media planning and activation workflows within a media agency setting
• Expertise in multiple project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
