Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning the delivery of mainframe modernization engagements from assessment to handover, the full-time Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager will manage complex projects with autonomy, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coaching less experienced project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute software delivery and implementation engagements for customers, maintaining accountability for multiple concurrent workstreams
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource forecasts, and cost performance while controlling changes and risks throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Facilitate project status meetings, communicate progress and risks to stakeholders, and produce delivery-ready reporting and documentation

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in delivering technology projects, including end-to-end ownership of engagements
• Experience in software implementation or systems integration in production-critical environments
• Familiarity with both Fixed Price and Time & Materials commercial models
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment on complex delivery problems
• University degree or equivalent practical experience
