Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading IT projects in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Project Manager will utilize the IS Business Solution Fulfillment process, manage project delivery and program ownership, and ensure alignment with business goals while adhering to project management best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Clearly plans project delivery, establishes milestones, and develops project scope and plans in compliance with IS Business Solution Fulfillment
- Facilitates meetings and engages cross-functional stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and manage project changes effectively
- Leads the development and strategy of the program, ensuring individual projects align with overall program objectives and operational goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare IT, computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or 15 years of experience in Healthcare IT in lieu of a degree
- Completed PMP certification
- Preferred: Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- 5+ years of project management experience, including leading IT projects
