Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Commanding the delivery of complex HR programs, the full-time Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end management of M&A initiatives, Total Rewards, and cross-functional projects while utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of HR programs including M&A activities, ensuring clear communication of portfolio health and governance
• Prepare executive-level updates and facilitate decision-making among senior stakeholders
• Design and execute change management strategies to support organizational transitions and employee engagement

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in large-scale HR initiatives or enterprise transformations
• Proven experience managing people-side M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders and drive executive governance meetings
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and enterprise collaboration tools
• Experience integrating AI tools into project management workflows for enhanced productivity
