Job Summary

Leading the delivery of complex projects and integrated campaigns, the full-time Senior Project Manager will work in a hybrid environment to manage scope, timing, budgets, and resources while fostering collaboration among clients, internal teams, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement delivery approaches that align client goals with team capacity and business outcomes
• Lead complex projects from planning through final delivery, ensuring clarity and accountability across multiple workstreams
• Build trust with stakeholders by providing clear priorities, managing change, and guiding teams through ambiguity

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in agency or client-side marketing, healthcare, or related fields managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong business and financial acumen to inform decision-making and project management
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
• Curiosity about new tools, technology, and AI, with a focus on practical application
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
