Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing clinical studies from initiation to closeout, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee project timelines and budgets, develop risk assessments, and serve as the primary communication source for both internal and external stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage assigned studies, ensuring timely execution of change orders and adherence to project budgets
• Develop and maintain study project plans, including site selection and monitoring plans, while providing strategic input into study documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in clinical research
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCPs, and other applicable guidelines
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation for clinical studies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
