Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading Agile project teams, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery of enterprise IT solutions focused on VMware environments, ensuring projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Agile project teams to deliver enterprise IT solutions, emphasizing VMware-based environments
- Track and report on project performance, including risks, issues, budgets, milestones, and customer feedback
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of project management experience delivering IT infrastructure or cloud-based projects
- Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile project leadership
- Proficient with Agile project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms
- PMP and/or Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe) required
- Experience or familiarity with VMware technologies (e.g., VCF, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria Suite) preferred
