Job Summary

Leading project management initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and execution while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional project management services and ensure projects meet quality standards
• Manage and oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of projects
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
