Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee project coordination and execution, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication while leading multiple projects in the electronic discovery industry.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for key client representatives, managing service delivery and client satisfaction
• Prepare project forecasts and work schedules, ensuring that client and project requirements are met with high quality
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight on client-specific projects, while mentoring and developing team members

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
• Demonstrated leadership and staff development skills with a focus on motivating team members
• Strong understanding of eDiscovery, database design, and legal document review requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; advanced degrees such as JD or MBA are a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and maintain client relationships effectively
