Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the administration and implementation of construction and capital projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will coordinate with suppliers and store management to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project completion in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the capital approval process, including budget and scope development, and preparation of phasing plans and project schedules
• Oversee construction, bidding, and administration processes while managing ongoing budget tracking reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to drive project alignment and results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in project and construction management, including budget development and cost estimation
• Strong analytical skills for resolving property damage claims and project issues
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical capability to perform duties involving heavy lifting and remaining in a stationary position for extended periods
