Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the implementation of a Hosted Managed Services platform, the full-time Senior Project Manager will document, plan, and oversee projects from the sales cycle through to client acceptance testing, all while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and manage project scope, including handling changes through a structured process
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to align business objectives and manage expectations
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, including risk management and documentation of project activities

Required qualifications:

• College/University Degree
• 6+ years of external client-facing technical project management experience with large financial services clients
• 6+ years of experience in a SaaS-based software solutions company
• Project Management Professional Certification
• Proven track record in managing scope within large and complex projects
