Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Project Manager will manage the operational aspects of the Lifecycle Marketing team, overseeing the lifecycle marketing calendar for email, SMS, and retention campaigns while ensuring timely execution and cross-functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing calendar, translating strategy into project plans and timelines
• Coordinate with copywriters, designers, developers, and external partners to ensure campaign schedules are met
• Build and improve workflows and project management tools to enhance team efficiency and accuracy

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or marketing operations experience, particularly with multi-stakeholder marketing calendars
• Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday
• Experience in lifecycle/CRM channels like email and SMS, with knowledge of platforms like Klaviyo or Attentive
• Familiarity with creative production processes and basic HTML/email QA
• PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus, but not required
