Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end execution of Innovation & Renovation initiatives, the Senior Project Manager will drive cross-functional alignment and ensure timely delivery of projects, working remotely or in a hybrid capacity based on the candidate's location.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Innovation & Renovation, Profit & Maintenance, and other key projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Manage project portfolios through prioritization, governance, and resource planning to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and documentation to ensure successful project delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; advanced education is a plus
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional projects
• Experience with Stage-Gate and structured project management methodologies preferred
• Proficiency with project management software and portfolio management systems
